Care Food Pavilion is designed with the concept of a railway station. Visitors can participate in the care food journey and learn about dysphagia and care food (texture-modified diet that can meet the dietary needs of individuals with dysphagia). Meanwhile, the assessment protocols, food texture tests, and care and rehabilitation-related information will be introduced by our on-site partners. Interactive games and swallowing rehabilitation training are also provided to help the visitors grasp the relevant topics in a more interesting way. A special cooking area will be set up for a live demonstration of care food cooking skills by experienced chefs.
